Meet Our Management Team

Property Development Finance professional with years of experience in investment, finance, analytics and marketing for the real estate and investment industry. Working with large-scale developers raising finance for most of his working life, he took his experience and passion and launched Accumulate Capital.
Paul Howells
CEO
Jamie started his property journey in 1999 alongside working full time at Bank of America. He is Founder and CEO of Store House London. Jamie and his team seek out unique opportunities and then strive to maximise returns and minimise risk through an extensive multi-party due diligence process.

With over 35 years’ experience, Richard is a project manager who has worked in the private and public sector, overseeing construction projects with budgets ranging from £1m - £385m. His involvement in several complex and diverse projects – such as mixed use, retail, commercial, leisure and residential - has resulted in a well-rounded and impressive portfolio.
