The Investment Raise
The most highly anticipated new-build in Kingston upon Thames has now completed the £1.2million investment raise of its development process. This investment opportunity is now closed, the raise is complete and we have exchanged and completed on the building.
The Build Process
Currently, construction is going full steam ahead to create 26 luxurious, one and two-bedroom apartments with A1 retail space on the ground floor of the property.
The development of Riverside Place began back in November: however, work gathered pace in January as the soft demolition phase of the build got underway. Soft demolition refers to the removal of all fixtures and fittings from each floor of the building. Anything that is not a part of the building´s structure must be removed before any further action can be taken.

Future Construction Plans
The next stage of development includes the erection of scaffolding. The roof will then be removed and the rest of the building demolished down to its first floor footplate. From here, the final look of Riverside Place will begin to emerge as we rebuild the structure using a lightweight, but ultra-strong and fast, technique to create Kingston´s latest modern, luxury apartments.
Preparing for Unit Sales
Each of the 26 one and two-bedroom apartments featured in Riverside Place will be individually designed and finished to the highest of standards, therefore resulting in luxury living spaces in the heart of Kingston upon Thames.
Residents will be able to take advantage of the abundance of bars and restaurants that are situated along the River Thames, just 30-seconds away. The town centre is in the opposite direction where there is a multitude of high street and independent retailers.
