Carl Stoakes, project director at Accumulate´s construction partner Store House London, has been hand-picked as a judge for the 2020 Construction News Awards.
This year, the CN Awards is celebrating its 24th event with a ceremony dedicated to the industry´s leading companies, projects and achievements.
There are 21 categories that aim to acknowledge and reward the very best of the business, including digital construction, community engagement and health and safety.
The last 12 months are taken into consideration, and winners are chosen through a meticulous process that focuses on the developments that have centred around people, pride and passion, going above and beyond standard expectations.
The CN Awards have become the most prestigious and coveted event within our sector. Nowadays, winning a Construction News Award is considered to be a vast achievement amongst peers and clients as the high amount of commendable competition is recognised.
There is expected to be 1,050 attendees at the July event; where the winners and the finalists will be announced to the room.
Carl Stoakes will be involved in the first round of judging at the end of February. Once the shortlist is announced, he will go on to the face-to-face judging in May.
It´s a huge responsibility and honour to be involved in the process, but Carl´s extensive experience, knowledge and passion are sure to aid him well in the decision-making process.
