WATCH: First-look at The Residences, Parliament Hill

December 12, 2019

Here is the unveiling of our most recent joint venture with contractor team, Store House London: Welcome to The Residences, Parliament Hill.

Our latest video features Jamie Chapman on the site that used to be the Mansfield Bowling Club but will now host our 23 modern and luxurious apartments. Due to hefty financial strain, the clubhouse was closed and has since been demolished, now only derelict tennis courts and an overgrown bowling green remain.

However, we have decided to give back to the community with this project by reinstating the club on the same plot of land as a tribute to the previous members and local residents. The plans for The Residences, Parliament Hill include the restoration of the bowling club, new tennis courts and an added pavilion to return the leisure facility to its former glory.

The plans for this restoration have been so well received that there is already a potential buyer in the pipeline for all of the social aspects of the development.

Future occupants will reside in one of the most popular areas in London. The affluent, culture-radiating Hampstead is just across the heath while less than two miles away sits Camden Town: the edgiest, most on-trend place in London. There are also three tube stations within walking distance, that provide transport to Central London in just five stops.

The 23 supreme apartments will allow residents to wake up down the road from Hampstead Heath every morning; 800 acres of pristine woodland featuring bathing ponds, grade 1 listed houses, museums and cafes. This natural haven provides occupants with a much-appreciated contradiction to the concrete jungle of London´s city centre.

Currently, we are putting plans in place to satisfy the high quantity of end-users who have already expressed an interest in residing in one of Accumulate and Store House London´s prestigious developments.
