Who are Storehouse London and why do we partner with them?

Storehouse´s CEO, Jamie Chapman, has been involved in buying property since 1999. In 2004, he took the leap to become a full-time property developer and has never looked back. Since then, he has developed a fantastic team of knowledgeable and skilled individuals that have helped to make Storehouse London the powerhouse it is today.

We have been lucky enough to merge with them on several occasions, acting as the middleman between investors who are looking to be involved in exciting but secure projects, and Storehouse when they are in need of investment to complete their fantastic proposed constructions.

Both of our first experiences with developments in East London was Shoreditch. We obtained a property with full planning permission and used that to create a multi-use asset. It now features commercial retail space on the ground floor, office space on the first floor and two floors of prime residential apartments – including two penthouses with balconies and expansive roof terraces with commanding views over London.

An abandoned building in Soho was the focus of another one of our joint ventures. This ex-office building was resurrected and transformed into nine exclusive apartments, including a penthouse that boasts 360-degree views over central London and the River Thames.

Three Georgian houses, including one Grade II listed house, located in Westminster was a more challenging journey, but one that definitely paid off for us. The build period was intense, on a site that had poor access and strict council rules. But ultimately, 10 stunning apartments were built, complete with the highest specification fixtures and fittings. Also, a restored townhouse, one of only a handful of river fronting properties of its size.

These are just a few of the successful developments we have aided Storehouse London with, there has been many more situated in areas such as Bromley, Holborn and Islington.

Sharing the same ethos, to create luxurious, successful residences, means that we also share similar criteria for what we want to provide our clients. For us, it´s vital to produce constructions that will be in high demand, therefore creating economic stability and high revenues for our investors.

It is important to us that a project will be prosperous because there is ZERO security for our money. Equity debt within these developments represents the money in which we and the developer put up ourselves, so we make sure that only projects which will reach completion with a healthy enough profit are selected. Therefore protecting ourselves and the investors.
